Second Wind

Have you ever been working hard on something, and you think you're going to drop from exhaustion, but then you get a sudden burst of energy to complete it? That's your second wind.

The Holy Spirit is there to give us a second wind. He gives us the strength to continue on in the difficult circumstances of our life. He gives us hope and peace, which is so vital during those times when we've felt discouraged and troubled.
